The hotel is conveniently situated next to the bus stop, making it easy to travel around the city. The rooms are clean and fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay for the whole family. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout your stay.
The hotel does not have an elevator, so guests with mobility issues may find it difficult to reach their rooms.

This hotel was in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the must-see sights in Florence. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing great tips on restaurants and places to visit. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with everything a family would need, including air conditioning and a private bathroom. And not to mention, the view of the dome from the rooms was absolutely stunning! Plus, the breakfast offered was delicious, providing the perfect start to the day.
All was taken care of, leaving us nothing to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to all the main attractions and in the center of the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and spacious room. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information about the city and its best places to visit.
